SALT. x Loeil d’Eos - A Story of Light, Nature and Intention
Share

Some journeys begin with a destination. Theirs began with a feeling.
Eloïse and Luc are the French duo of photographers and filmmakers behind L'oeil d’Eos and some of our latest ambient imagery for our first collection of 2026. Through their work, they explore the subtle dialogue between light, nature and human emotion, capturing not only places, but the invisible atmosphere that lives within them.
Their story is rooted in movement. Over the years, they have traveled across wild landscapes, from northern fjords to southern coastlines, from remote mountains to quiet forests, always guided by a desire to slow down, observe, and feel.
Photography, for Eloïse and Luc, is not about collecting images. It is about presence. They believe that an image should not only be seen, but experienced.

Their visual language is shaped by natural light, soft contrasts, and a deep attention to detail. One can see here how this resonates with SALT. They are drawn to textures, fleeting moments, and the poetry of the everyday, a passing shadow, the wind through trees, the silence of early morning.
Each frame is an attempt to translate what cannot be said with words. Beyond aesthetics, their work carries an intention: to reconnect. To nature, to oneself, to a slower and more conscious way of living.
Over time, this vision has led Eloïse and Luc to collaborate with tourism boards and brands that share similar values, authenticity, sustainability, and meaningful storytelling. Rather than simply showcasing destinations or products, they aim to create narratives that resonate, inspire, and endure.
For this collaboration with SALT., the visuals were carefully selected from their existing body of work, images that naturally resonated with the brand’s identity and universe.
This approach highlights something essential to us: creating photographs that live beyond a single project. Images that can adapt, integrate, and find their place within different stories, while keeping their emotional depth intact.
Because in the end, what matters most is this : creating images that people don’t just look at, but feel.
