Shipping Policy

We offer same-day fulfillment and free 2-day shipping on U.S. orders.

Fulfillment
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time are fulfilled the same business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. PT, or on weekends and holidays, are fulfilled the next business day.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

United States
Complimentary 2-day shipping is included on orders to all 50 states. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

P.O. boxes and APO/FPO
A physical street address is recommended. Some 2-day services cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

International orders
International shipping is available to select destinations. Rates, estimated transit times, and any applicable duties, taxes, or VAT are calculated and charged at checkout.

Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately and keep all packaging. Claims reported more than 14 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
