Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not satisfied with your saltoptics.com purchase for any reason, you may return it within 10 days of the receipt of your order. Please email email@example.com or call 949-574-3800 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Returned merchandise must be received unused, free from any dings, scratches, or damage and must include the case, cleaning cloth, and all packaging to receive full credit. Returns must be shipped in the original packaging with the RA number clearly written on the outside of the package. Please include a copy of your invoice with your return. Any unauthorized returns, or returns postmarked more than 10 days from the return authorization issuance date, will be refused and returned to the sender at a charge of $20 per carton.
If your shipment is delivered to you in damaged condition please notify us immediately upon receipt. Damage claims made more than 10 days after delivery date of the order will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the receipt of your return and will be credited to the original card charged at the time of purchase. Please note that we cannot reimburse expedited shipping charges.
Free Returns applies only to items purchased on the saltoptics.com website within the United States only. No returns outside the United States at this time.
