Refund policy
ONLINE RETURNS
We will gladly accept all returns for items purchased through saltoptics.com within 15 days of the date you receive your order. Frames must be returned unworn and in like-new condition in order to receive the full credit. Please email us at ecommerce@saltoptics.com and we will provide you with a return authorization. A return shipping label is provided with each order, if the label is lost please contact ecommerce@saltoptics.com and we will provide a new one.
ONLINE REFUNDS
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Any expedited shipping charges will not be refunded unless you were shipped faulty items. Please note that your refund may not be reflected on your account for up to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
