North Sails was founded in 1957 by Lowell North, an American sailor, Olympic gold medalist, and engineer. With his unique skill sets he methodically focused on building sails that were faster than any competitors. Equipped with these sails he conquered wind and water, explored the ocean, and won races.

Our SALT. Polarized Lens is specifically engineered to optimize details, definition, and color contrast while on the water. Handcrafted in Japan utilizing Japanese aerospace grade titanium, our organic SALT. pattern is stamped on the inside of nose pads and a custom retention sleeve both add a unique identity and provide more grip against the skin to increase the fit retention of the frame.~
